Korumburra Bena Football Netball Club Inc Car Raffle will be conducted by the Korumburra Bena Football Netball Club Inc. The benefiting organisation is Korumburra Bena Football Netball Club Inc, ABN 57 700 609 354 . The benefiting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Raffle Permit Number
10003/25.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 4pm AEST on Monday, 3rd February, 2025. The Raffle closes at 6:30pm AEST on Friday, 3rd October, 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

Andrew Robertson & Ken Myors our nominated KBFNC Committee Members engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
-
Any immediate family members of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

The Prizes

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 7PM AEST on Friday, 3rd October, 2025 at The Middle Hotel, 81 Commercial Street, Korumburra, VIC 3950.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first, followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Korumburra Bena Football Netball Club Website and on their socials (facebook & Instagram) within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
